Is there any fee/affordable easy-to-use It software that allows me to manage/publish data info into a website?

It has to run on Windows, and be able to be updated from the web. I want to publish a website with restaurant listings with pix and info, and maybe votes. I have fairly good knowledge of HTML, and graphic editing, but i fail miserabily in the database programming part of it. My host server runs on UNIX, so i preferably would like something PHP/MySQL related, but are open to other productive solutions.
I know Dreamweaver, but don’t find it easy to work with for creating database tables.

Hi all,
I want to set these texts as the title and description of my website pages for search engines. I don’t want to change them if they don’t include any grammatical errors. The keywords which are used are very very important to me, because people use them for finding the websites like mine. So I more prefer not to change them. I know using some of them is not correct from view point of “technical phrases”, such as “domain name generator”. But I want to use them because some beginners use them on the web. Just if there are any unusual sentences which seem wrong help me modify. Please take into consideration I have limitation in using the number of words! So don’t try to tell a story!

Is Rebtel really what it seems?

I will be traveling to Sydney, and while abroad I still want to be able to keep in contact with my family and friends in the United States. At first I was considering vonage because it claims that I could keep a US phone number so my family and friends can call me while I am in Australia for a local rate. However, I have heard not so great things about Vonage’s service.

I have looked into skype as well but as of now Rebtel really seems to be the most affordable solution. My only question is if it is really as easy to make calls as it claims. The website even suggests making international calls for free! This just really seems like a scam but I have not been able to find anything negative about it online.

Does anyone know if Rebtel is everything that it claims to be? If not, what is the cheapest alternative which allows my friends/family to call me while abroad in another country?
