What are some good eCommerce software packages for Order Forms?
Where can I find E-Commerce Software that can be used to build an online order form which can process credit cards.

Administrator answers:
John, check out 123ContactForm. It’s an online form builder with special features for e-commerce. Builds forms of any complexity in just 3 steps and integrates payment from any type of credit card, via 3 processors: PayPal, Google Checkout and Authorize.Net. See some more information on their order forms here: http://www.123contactform.com/online-order-form/. Payment integration is available in their premium plans so you will have a fee for this, but in my opinion it’s absolutely worth it.
I have used this form builder with very good results and I also heard many online businesses work with 123ContactForm for their e-commerce facilities. The great part is that you can make advanced calculations with the prices you assign to fields and you can also offer discount coupons, which will be integrated in the overall sum.
Hope it helps!

Hello, I have spent a lot of time looking at different payment gateways for my e commerce sites. I decided on Authorize.net
They are professional and the customer service is great. I have never had problem reaching them when I had questions.
I was thinking like you about Paypal. But then I kept getting requests from customers to add paypal. After so many customers asking about it, I did add Paypal to my e commerce site. I didn’t realize how many people shop using Paypal accounts.
Anyway, I just wanted to share that with you.
I hope this helps.

What is the best hosting company that comes with great e-commerce software?
I have a very basic online shop, and it’s gotten a little bit bigger and I’ve realized I have to move it to a different platform. I know basic html, but that’s about it. I want to redesign the website and include some sort of ecommerce software. Certain hosting options (i.e. Hostmonster) seem to have great deals, but their control panel is so confusing. I can’t seem to find my way around. Can anyone suggest a good hosting option and ecommerce software for beginners?

Administrator answers:

Good Luck!

how are web listings for an ecommerce site updated?
how are product listings on an independent e-commerce website updated. this includes the pictures showcasing the products. does this have to be done via the html coding, or is there some type of software available to allow listing products as well as price changes etc without altering the structure of the site?

Administrator answers:
Most e-commerce sites use a shopping cart application like OpenCart or Prestashop. They are dynamically driven and use a database to manage the products and images. The core code of the site, typically doesn’t need to be changed. To make changes you have to log into the website’s admin panel and add products and make changes as needed. If you want to learn more about shopping carts there’s some great tutorials on OpenCart here:
